1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these

Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Newmark & Goodmann National Reserve, LLC offers credit enhancement services by selling access to

authorized user tradelines. These tradelines are revolving credit accounts where you are temporarily added

as an authorized user to potentially strengthen your credit profile.

We are not a credit repair company, not a credit bureau, and not a lender. We do not offer legal, financial, or

credit advice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Have a valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN)

- Have a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID

- Have a clean credit history (i.e., no recent bankruptcies, fraud alerts, or disputes)

We reserve the right to deny service at our sole discretion.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

- An increase in your credit score

- Approval for any loan or credit product

- That a tradeline will post on a specific date

- That a tradeline will be recognized by all credit scoring models (e.g., FICO vs. VantageScore)

Tradeline posting and impact depend on the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and your unique

credit profile.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

- Provide 100% accurate and verifiable personal information

- Refrain from applying for new credit while tradelines are active

- Not file any disputes with credit bureaus regarding purchased tradelines

- Understand and accept that you will not receive access to the tradeline account or credit card

Failure to comply may result in early removal from the tradeline and forfeiture of all fees paid.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due in full upfront. Prices range from $500 to $3,000 per tradeline, depending on the age and

credit limit.

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered under these conditions:

- The tradeline fails to post within 30 calendar days after the reporting date

- You provided accurate and complete personal information

- You did not violate any part of these Terms

Chargebacks will be treated as fraud and referred to collections.
